3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information required for us to perform our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received in a timely manner. You may cancel your month-to-month services at any time with a 30-day written notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fresh Bread Digital or its content suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for custom web design services, the client retains ownership of the final website design, excluding our proprietary underlying code and tools.

6. Guarantees and Warranties

While we strive to provide the best possible results, including our "10 More Jobs" guarantee where applicable, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines or specific financial outcomes beyond the stated terms of our specific guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fresh Bread Digital be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or the inability to use our services.
