    Build a system that automatically asks every completed customer for a review. Respond to every review, positive or negative, within 24 hours. A business with 80 recent reviews will almost always outrank a business with 200 older reviews and no responses.

    • Your city and service keywords naturally woven into your homepage title, meta description, and headings
    • Dedicated service pages for each major service you offer
    • A footer that includes your full address and phone number
    • An embedded Google Map on your contact page
    • Fast page load speed on mobile

    Step 5: Stay Consistent Over Time

    Ranking on Google Maps is not a one-time project. It requires ongoing attention. Businesses that keep adding reviews, post regularly, update their content, and build new citations will continue to rise in rankings while competitors who stop maintaining their profiles will slowly fall.
