Where Pulp Coffee started
Pulp roasts organic, single-origin coffee on San Antonio's East Side and just took Gold at the 2026 Global Coffee Awards for its nitro cold brew. The old site couldn't carry that story: it mixed retail, wholesale, equipment financing and barista training into one flat page, and none of it was built to sell.
The Fresh Bread approach
We rebuilt pulp.coffee around three clear paths — shop the roastery, become a wholesale partner, and buy equipment with financing — with the award front and center in the hero. Product, wholesale and training pages each got their own conversion-focused layout, and the Saturday "Coffee Sessions" and roast-list signup keep the community side of the brand alive.
Where they are now
Pulp now has a site that looks as premium as the coffee, with ongoing management from Fresh Bread so seasonal roasts, events and award news go live the same week they happen.
