Digital Marketing ROI Calculators for Service Businesses
Four numbers every service business should know.
What missed calls cost you, what a map-pack ranking is worth, what your ad budget brings back, and whether SEO or ads wins for the same money. Each marketing ROI calculator takes 30 seconds, and every result is a link you can send to a partner or your accountant.
What are missed calls costing you?
Three sliders — missed calls, average job, close rate — and you see the revenue walking to the next name on Google every month.
Open the Missed Call CalculatorWhat is a Top-3 ranking worth to you?
Enter local search volume and where you rank today; see the traffic, leads and revenue a map-pack position would add.
Open the Local SEO ROI CalculatorWhat will your ad budget bring back?
Pick your industry and budget; see the leads, customers and return on ad spend to expect from Google or Meta ads.
Open the PPC ROI CalculatorSame budget: SEO or ads?
Put one monthly budget into both channels and compare year-one and year-two leads and revenue side by side.

How to calculate marketing ROI
Marketing ROI is the revenue your marketing brought in, minus what you spent on it, divided by what you spent. Spend $1,500, close $6,000 in jobs, and your return on investment is 300%. Every calculator on this page builds that number from the same four inputs.
Marketing cost
What you spend each month on a channel: ad spend, an SEO plan, or both. Count management fees if you want the full picture.
Cost per lead
Marketing cost divided by the calls and form fills it produced. The PPC calculator starts from industry benchmarks, such as $35 a lead for home services.
Conversion rate
Two rates matter: the share of website visitors who become leads (we use 4% for organic traffic) and the share of leads you close, which you set yourself.
Customer value
The revenue from an average job. Enter your gross profit per job instead if you want to see profit rather than revenue.
For ads you will also see return on ad spend (ROAS), which is revenue divided by ad spend: a 4× ROAS means $4 back for every $1 of ads. The PPC ROI Calculator reports it, and each calculator’s page lists the assumptions behind its numbers.
Link to a result. Embed a calculator. No strings.
Every slider is saved in the page URL, so the number you see is a link you can text to a business partner. Each calculator also has an embed code — drop it into your own site, association newsletter or training material. All we ask is the small credit that links back here. The assumptions behind every number are published on each calculator’s page.
